This model is the costing of the resources used over the pre-fixed unit prices.

It provides a structure that can be differentiated for necessary changes. It is the most effective and flexible method in the projects if the scope, duration and requests are not clear. Neyasis reports and charges the unit worked services at the end of each period. In this way you would not have to pay for the costs of idle time, holidays or downtime.

This model commits an end-to-end fixed fee for the execution and delivery of a project. This is a low risk option for the client. It is a method suitable for situations where the scope and specifications of the projects are clear. Development processes are constantly monitored and improved to ensure reliability, predictability and optimized performance for on time delivery within the budget.

In this model, the entire project is divided into small pieces named as milestones. The progress of the project is done by milestones successfully completed. With the each successful milestone delivery, the specified project cost is invoiced. At the same time, this model helps the client monitor the progress of the projects and reduces the risks. Budgeting is done separately for each milestone.

In this model, resources determined in accordance with the customer request are allocated to the project. The dedicated resources do work full-time at Neyasis or customer’s office for only customer in concern. They act as a virtual team and are trained as per customer needs. All intellectual property rights belong to the customer itself.

Customers have the option to change or re-design the team members and skill set of the team at the assessment stage of development process. Pricing is set monthly as per fixed cost of each resource.
